Enable on Mac OS

Launch Opera.

In the address field type: opera://plugins

In the plug-ins page, locate the Adobe Flash Player section.

Click Enable.

If there is more than one Flash Player plug-in listed, click the Show Details button and enable the PPAPI (out-of-process) plugin.

Flash Player is now enabled in your browser.

Launch Opera.

Type chrome:plugins in the address bar to open the Plug-ins page.

Type chrome:plugins in the Chrome address bar.

On the Plug-ins screen that appears, find the Adobe Flash Player listing. Check the status (Enabled or Disabled).

Find the Adobe Flash Player listing.

Click Enable.

Select Always Allowed to always allow Flash Player to run.

Select the Always Allowed checkbox.

Close the Plug-ins screen.

Type chrome:plugins in the address bar to open the Plug-ins page.

Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences from the upper left corner of the screen.

If you are viewing Safari in full screen mode, mouse over the top of the browser screen to see the menu.

Click the Security Tab

Ensure that Enable JavaScript is checked

Enable Flash Player for Internet Explorer

Click the Tools icon in the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer. (The icon looks like a cogwheel.)

The Tools icon is in the upper-right corner.

In the pop-up menu that appears, click Manage Add-ins.

Choose Manage Add-ons from Tools menu.

In the dialog box that appears, select Toolbars and Extensions.

Select Tools and Extensions as the Add-on Types from Manage Add-ons dialog box.

In the list of Add-ons, look for “Shockwave Flash Object” (another name for Flash Player).
In the Status column, check to see whether Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled. If it is disabled, click the row for Shockwave Flash Object to highlight it.
